Customer Service and Convenience of the Service Department

Yes, we take all measures to ensure that your vehicle receives the best care and maintenance when you bring it in for service at West Point Lincoln, but on the other side of that, we also want to take care of you, our customer.

Making the Appointment

We do take walk-in appointments and our service department is open until 2pm on Saturdays, though it’s best to schedule your appointment for Saturdays or call before a Saturday walk-in, in case we have a small crew working. To make scheduling your next appointment convenient, you can either call us at 281- 506-0363 to set it up, or you can schedule your appointment online.

More for You

For your convenience, we offer an early bird/night owl drop off so that you can bring your vehicle in early the day of your appointment or the night before, during sales hours. We have a complimentary shuttle service for close by transportation, and for Lincoln owners under warranty, we offer free loaner cars. We just ask that you call a day ahead of time for a loaner car so we can have it ready when you arrive.

If renting a vehicle is what you’re looking for, West Point Lincoln does have an on-site Enterprise to handle those requests as well.

While you Wait

If you decide to wait while your car is being serviced, you will enjoy our comfortable lobby and waiting area. We offer complimentary fresh fruit and a variety of beverages including iced tea, water, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, and pop. We also have free hi-speed wifi and loaner iPads for your use while you wait. Just ask the receptionist for an iPad and the wifi password for use.
